The Mountain District Clubs have collaborated to form the Mountain District Union. This unique program provides coaches and club leaders the opportunity to build relationships and share resources with other clubs who share a desire to grow and improve the level of soccer, coaching and playing opportunities for players in the Mountain District (5).   
     
Teams will begin play in the PA West Classic Division and will first be formed at the U13 or U14 ages. The clubs will host a Mountain District Tryout for these teams, for both Boys and Girls. These teams will be entered in to a Fall Tournament, a Spring Tournament and will compete in the State Cup in addition to league play.    
    
All Clubs that support the Union will have access to our Long Term Player Development model. The aim is to provide a standardized and structured support plan to guide our clubs, coaches and parents in order to assist all our players in reaching their full potential in the game. Clubs agree not to independently form Classic Teams.
